Warranty Replacement - (replace a defective product with a working product)

Prior to requesting a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), you must first troubleshoot the device with a Flip Video Product Support Technician. You will receive a Case Identification Number (case id) from the technician which is required to create your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) order.
