Update Your Flip Video program

If you have older software named "Video Program" follow these instructions to check the version.

1. Plug in the camcorder to run the Video Program.
2. From Main screen click on the "Help" link at the right hand top corner.
3. In the Help window, Click on the last option "About the Flip Video Camcorder".
4. Read the text "Video Program Version: X.X" (This is the version number you are looking for).

If you have the more recent FlipShare software follow these instructions to check the version.

On a Macintosh -

1. Launch the FlipShare application
2. Select the FlipShare menu
3. Select About FlipShare option
4. Read the text "Software version X.X"

On a Windows PC -

1. Launch the FlipShare application
2. Select the Help menu
3. Select the About option
4. Read the text "Software version X.X"
